The Malting’s, Ipswich

RW Hall Flooring were engaged by Horizon Construction Group to complete soft flooring works to The Malting’s in Ipswich town centre, formerly better known as Hollywoods Night Club.

The building stood derelict for many years before being refurbished into stylish new office spaces.

Over 2000m2 of flooring was completed ranging from Moduleo Select LVT planks to WC’S, Stores, Lobby, Landing and Stairs. Gradus Latour 2 carpet tiles to Office Suites, Landings and Stairs.

All preparation was completed using market leading products by Ardex UK.
